My parents have always been very strict about keeping in
touch with my faith as I grow older. For the past 18 years, my parents would
take me and my four siblings to church everyday Sunday. Not only have their
influences rubbed off on me because of their strong religion, but I know I will
carry their ways of teaching myself onto my family as well. My father converted
after he married my mom, which shows his dedication of wanting to be a strong
Christian role model for his children. My family is so close and as I continue
to grow up, I know I can truly say that religion is a huge part of who my
family is. However, many families nowadays split due to parents divorce and do
not experience a domestic household like many others. I hope to raise my children
to be faithful to their religion and show them to raise their children in a
domestic church environment like my parents have done for me.
